The show

La Petite Mort Tour

A mystical, bilingual journey through the sensual, the sacred, and the unseen.

Act I, American Dreams, recalls the amber glow of a forgotten jukebox — Bruce Springsteen meets Mazzy Star under Houston's city lights.

Act II, La Petite Mort, crosses the ocean to 1960s Paris and Mediterranean radio waves — where Françoise Hardy, Dalida, and the ghosts of love songs whisper through a vintage mic.

About

Texas-born, Paris-bred in spirit.

Simone sings at the crossroads of 1950s Paris, old Italian cinema, and Southern soul — Dalida glamour, Piaf sincerity, Amy grit — in four languages: French, Italian, Spanish, and English. The languages are built into her phrasing, her writing, and the way she speaks to a room.

In Houston, she is the rare artist who can turn a dive bar into a Left Bank jazz club. In Paris, she is the rare American who brings Texas soul, gospel, and blues into the old French and Italian repertoire. Her voice carries the ache of torch singers, the intimacy of bedroom pop, and the mystery of chanson — a sound that feels both vintage and alive.

"I sing in four languages because I don't know how to live in just one world."
